What does the current Free plan include?

The current Free plan includes 100K events/month across 5 websites with no credit card required. Check this page for the latest limits before relying on them.

What happens if I exceed my event limit?

We notify you at 80% and 95% of your monthly event limit. At 100%, new tracking pauses until you upgrade or the next monthly period begins; existing data remains available within your plan's retention window.

Can I self-host instead of using the cloud?

A self-hosting guide is available for an Amami-compatible deployment. Review infrastructure, security, backup, upgrade, and maintenance responsibilities before choosing it instead of managed cloud.

How does the AI/MCP integration work?

MCP is available for supported clients. The displayed daily MCP and API limits are published plan targets and are not yet uniformly enforced by the tenant entitlement service; review the current plan documentation before relying on a quota.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

The application supports plan changes. Before changing a paid plan, review the checkout terms and current retention behavior shown in your account; this page does not promise a refund or post-downgrade preservation period.
